majhaulia sugar industries, a subsidiary of jay shree tea & industries, is planning a 2 mw co-gen power plant at village majhaulia, dist. west champaram, bihar. the project will come up along with a 45 kld molasses-based distillery in the same location. equipment supplier and contractor are yet to be appointed. the project is waiting for environmental clearance. work on the project is expected to commence in 2018.
