Work Description:Supply Of Preparation Of All Necessary Fabrication Drawings Including Bill Of Materials, Structural Steel Consisting Of Plates, Rolled Steel Joists, Channels, Angles, Chequered Plates, Flats In Columns, Rafters, Joists, Trusses, Gratings Of Approved Design, Swing Platforms Of Approved Design, Insert Plates In Rcc/Brickwork, Anchor Bolts For Steel Structure, Sleeve Pipes, Anchor Nuts, Washers Etc, Conforming To Is 2062/Other Relevant/Applicable Codes. The Job Includes Fabrication Of Steel Structures As Per Drawings/Pattern (Including Preparation Of Supplementary Sketches And Detailed Bill Of Materials) Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Shims, Packs, Putty. Gas, Welding Electrodes And All Other Consumables, As Required, Cleaning And Preparation Of All Steel Surfaces. The Primer Paint Shall Be One Coat Of 65Micron Inorganic Zinc Silicate Followed By One Coat Of 100 Micron Hb Mio Followed By Two Coats Of Acrylic Polyurethane Each Of 40 Microns. Finishing Coat Shall Be Applied One Before Erection And One Coat After Erection. Total Thickness Of Paint Shall Be Minimum 245Microns Dft. The Scope Includes Loading, Transportation, Unloading And Delivery At Erection Site Of All Fabricated Structures, Erection, Alignment And Welding Of All Structures True To Line, Level, Plumb And Dimension, Including Rectification If Any, Splicing, Site Assembly All As Per Technical Specifications And Drawings, Touch Up Painting, Including Paint, Where Paint Is Damaged. Job To Be Completed As Per Attached Technical Specification/Codal Provisions/ Sound Engineering Practices And As Directed By Eic Complete. No Consideration For Wastage For The Purpose Of Payment.
