tender for manufacturing & supply of 10125mm curved switches with zu-1-60 thick web grade 880 class atongue rails and uic 60kg/m grade-880, class a/b stock rails and check rails with elastic fasteners and springoperated setting device (rdso-t/6216 read along with alterations), complete with all fittings for 1 in 12, bg 60kgturnout for fan shaped layout on psc sleepers (i.e. all fittings for switch portion as per sub assembly no. t-6155/1(alteration -5) in accordance with rdsos standard drawing no.t-6154 (read along with latest alterations) with allfittings as listed in annexure - k of this tender document. note: 1. asymmetrical zu rails for tongue rail will bearranged by vendor at his own cost as per conditions stipulated in the special conditions of contract in the tenderdocument. stock rails will be supplied by railway free of cost against matching bank guarantee to be submittedby the vendor.
