1. removal of existing plain tubes from 2nd and 3rd passes of the boiler by gas cutting into pieces, cleaning and grinding of plate holes as per ibr requirement. holes of pass tubes plate of boiler and offer the boiler for inspection to director of steam boilers as per ibr procedure. 2. supply, installation, expanding, welding and testing of new carbon steel seam less stay tube confirming to bs: 3059, part ii gr. 360. make of msl/ismt/jsl with ibr certificate and fixing new tubes with mechanical expending and seal welding as per ibr procedure including materials, stage wise inspection. contractor should submit final acceptance. & hydro testing and approval certificate from competent authority. boiler pass tube size :- od 69.85 mm, thickness 3.66 mm x length 4770 mm and 5730 mm length ( 2nd & 3rd passes ) all the ibr fees is in scope of contactors only. 3. supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 mm nb size two end segments blow down pipe line of boiler no. mr-9836 as per completing all ibr formalities including approval of drawing, stages, inspection and final approval from dy. director of steam boiler, maharashtra state. work includes supply of 9 meter of astm a 106 gr. b 50 nb sch. 40 pipe and 3 nos. of s/o h flanges. details of flanges - od- 165 mm, pcd-126 mm, id-60 mm (2 pipe) thickness-20 mm, no. of holes-4 and bolt hole size- 18.
