1. removal of existing insulation & safe disposal from steam boiler. 2. cleaning of entire boiler surface from outside. thickness measurement of shell, end plates, flanges flue/fire tube & nozzles and dp testing of all nozzle welding of outer shell plate and other welding joints. offering for bare inspection by dy. director of steam boiler including all ibr charges. (charges lump sum) 3. painting of entire surface with black antirust paint and heat resistant paint. insulation with lrb/rockwool- 100kg/m3 density, 100 mm thickness, gi wire-22 gauge, self-taping screw 13/8, parker, aluminum sheet-22 gauge with material and labour charges.
