scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinary, barricading, loading & unloading, lead, lifts,transportation, with all incidental charges, etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer in charge of work. by mechanical means using hydraulic excavator.
