preservation of following:- (1) frame bracing bb, total number of quantity - 239 number; (2) frame bracing ewbb,total number of quantity - 1245 number; (3) ribands bb, total number of quantity-20 number; (4) ribands ewbb,total number of quantity - 21 number; (5) link launching mk-ii, total number of quantity - 80 number; (6) junction panel bridge,total number of quantity - 11 number; (7) cross girder building frame,total number of quantity - 4 number ; (8) girder laugitudinal building frame,total number of quantity - 3 number; (9) nose light front sec launching,total number of quantity - 2 number; (10) beam bank seat,total number of quantity - 01 number; (11) braces sway,total number of quantity - 30 number ;(12) launching nose roller,total number of quantity - 05 number; (13) kerb small,total number of quantity - 07 number the specification of work on above thirteen items are given below :-(a) the items to be removed from existing stack upto 100 mtr away as suitable for work or as reqd at site. (b) old paint to be removed by using steel wire brush, emery paper and de-rusting and cleaning to be done with cotton waste.(c) cleaning has to be done very carefully avoiding damage. (d) smooth surface to be prepared for preservation work. (e) after cleaning, items shall be painted with paint og synthetic enamelled . (f) after painting and drying apply grease/crp oil at moveable pin point as directed. items shall be restacked up to 100 mtrs on proper dunnage as directed by supervising staff/ge.note :- (a) all preservation material like og paint, cleaning and painting mtrl for the work will be provided by the office/deptt. (b) skilled labour will provided by the firm to ensure work as per above specification. (c) all tool/eqpt required will be provided by vendor/supplier for said job. (job one only)
