annual repair & maintenance contract of factory building shed for the year 2024-25 consisting of replacement of worn out/damaged sheets in roofing, purlins & other structural portals including their strengthening whereever required. jobs to be attended are in boiling house, clarification house, sulphur furnace station, pan house, centrifugal house & drier house etc. which are weakened due to steam and other chemical related affects. in addition to above other civil structures like spray pond, hot & cold water channels, injection chennels, 02 nos. effluent treatment plants and other equipment foundations are also to be attended on hsr 2023 basis including all material & labour.
