clearing and grubbing by cutting light jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, shrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 111, 112, 201 of mort&h specification (fifth revision).
