supply of annual comprehensive maintenance contract and including attending preventive & breakdown maintenance of 1.5 tr capacity wall mounted split type single phase air conditioning units at different locations including providing all necessary consumable items & spares, compressor, motor etc. complete as required along with their stabilizers of different make and capacities including interconnecting wiring etc. as required.
