national highways authority of india is planning to construct 7 bridges & underpass along the chennai-trichy bypass on nh-45 in tamil nadu at a cost of rs. 310 million. the project is awaiting approval for dpr preparation. according to media reports, the bridges are aimed at providing seamless connectivity to the service roads on either side of the four-lane national highway-45 on a particular stretch in trichy, the vehicular underpass near kondayampettai will connect kallanai road to srirangam.
