Front Facia Shall Be Covered With 4 Mm Thick Non-Specular Glare Free Polycarbonate Sheet Having The Required Details Lettters And Symbols Screen Printed On Self Adhesive Film Of 3M Make And Pasted On The Inside Of The Polycarbonate Sheet. The Depth Of The Signboard Shall Not Be Less Than 150Mm. Signboard Shall Be Uniformly Internally Illuminated With Adequate No. Of Leds Assembled On Aluminium Pcb Of Minimum 2 Mm Thickness And Suitable Length And Width And Led Shall Be 0.5 W And Shall Have Not Less Than 50, 000 Burning Hours Installed Vertically With A Spacing Of Led Strips Pcb Not More Than 160Mm With Suitable Rated Power Converter To Achieve Required Illumination Level As Per The Icao Requirements. Suitable Solid State Circuit And Mechanism Shall Be Made To Function Of Ccr Circuits. Suitable Arrangements Shall Be Made For Ip 67 Water Prrof Protection. Sign Board Shall Be Informly Internally Illuminated With Ip 67 Grade Leds, Operated On Input Sources Of 2.5Amps To 6.6 Amps Constant Curent Its Supporting Frangible Legs, Base Frame Etc. Including Installation On Proper Foundation For Signages Complete As Per Latest Icao Faa Requirement Specification.
