design, fabrication, installation testing and commissioning of mechanism for hanging of chain pulley block for extraction of suction pipes and foot valves from sump tank at pumping station kheralaid..the job involves laying of rcc block of size of 1.25mx1.25mx1.5m adjacent to suction pipes for anchoring of vertical cantilever section. by way of excavation of trench of size (1.25mx1.25mx1.5m) by excavating soil, removal of excavated material and disposing of the same. laying of crushed stone 40 mm, laying of one layer of 1:4:8 concrete mass of 100 depth, providing and laying of tmt steel 10mm,250 mm square mesh throughout the block, providing and fabrication of 04 no. foundation bolts along with nuts as per site requirement and then grouting properly in the foundation block along with laying of cement concrete mass in the ratio of 1:1.5:3 and curing complete. job further include providing and fabrication of one no.approx.3.5 meter vertical section from 4x4 ms pipe having minimum thickness of 4 mm ,fabrication of foundation plate of size 1x1from 10mm thick ms plate, drilling of 4 no.of holes of 25 mm dia to ms plate and welding the foundation plate to the vertical section pipe. providing and fabrication of cantilever section approx.3.5 mtrs. in length from 4x4 ms pipe, fitting of u shaped ms hook of round bar with one end of cantilever section for hanging of chain pulley block and fitting other end of cantilever section with vertical section with a suitable mechanism fabricated out of ms section with proper welding so as to allow the movement of the cantilever section more than 180 degree-for safe extraction of foot valve, suction pipe and and also welding one no brace/support to the cantilever section and then erection of whole fabricated vertical structure by bolting the foundation plate with anchoring bolts and tightening properly with nuts/washers including providing/fabrication of one no support to vertical structure/ section using ms channel/angle of suitable length and thickness. job further include repair to 2nos foot valves 10 dia along with suction pipes by way of extraction of suction pipe lines along with foot valve from the sump tank with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles, dismantling of foot valve and replacing the leather sheet cut to size along with flap, hinge pin including replacement of all damaged nuts /bolts and rubber sheet of 2 nos suction pipe and then fitting/ lowering of suction pipe / foot valves into the sump tank after proper assembling. job also includes providing and fitting of chain pulley block of 2t capacity conforming to isi standard and then testing on full load. complete job include cost of material, skilled/ unskilled charges. transportation/ headload charges, loading/unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, shuttering/welding charges etc inclusive of all taxes.

up gradation, remodeling and re-alignment of delivery pipe lines of all the three no pumping units with allied works at lis kundra .the job involves unfastening/cutting of rusted nuts, bolts and flanges from the old 02 no. installed delivery pipe lines, dismantling of all the three no delivery pipeline including the delivery line network/fittings of priming pumping unit and then shifting of all the dismantled delivery lines along with accessories and other electrical equipments to the safe working place after proper disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing electrical connections. job further include remodeling/ fabrication of existing delivery pipes as per new alignment ,providing and fabrication of new bends, flanges, gaskets, nuts/bolts ,pipe extension pieces as per site requirement/ new alignment. excavation of 03 no trenches manually of required size suitable for underground laying of delivery pipe lines, disposal of excavated material at proper place and leveling of the trenches and then laying of one layer of 1:2:4 concrete mass of minimum 6 thick for safe/proper laying of pipes and then laying of delivery pipelines inside the trenches properly using bends, ms flanges, gaskets, nuts/bolts and other fittings required during laying including installation of nrvs and sluice valves outside the pump room after proper repair/recapitalization of all the sluice/reflux valves including fabrication/fitting of bypass system, making of connection of three delivery lines with manifold/rising main with proper welding using good quality welding electrodes. job also includes refitting of all the delivery pipeline network and other gi fittings of priming pumping unit as per new alignment. job also includes complete electrification of pump room by way of extraction / removing of old damaged wiring along with burnt switch socket etc. providing of point wiring with 1/1.5 sq mm or equivalent copper cable for light / fan points / socket points approximately 8 nos. inside and outside pump room. the job also includes providing and fitting of gang boxes, switches, sockets, holders, led bulbs, flood/led light- 02 nos with ms pipe frame for anchoring at suitable place, ceiling fan-01 no along with required hook with regulator, spn-02 no. of suitable rating required for lighting circuit and other fittings as per site. the job includes providing and fitting of service connection with 10mm2 2 core aluminum cable-20 meter (approx) to the lighting circuit from main supply junction to spn. job further include complete flooring of pump room by way of excavation of damaged floor up to the required depth, removal of excavated material and disposing off the same at proper place, laying of crushed stone 40mm,laying of 1:4:8 concrete mass 100mm depth and then laying of cement concrete mass in the ratio of 1:1.5:3 with proper grouting and then complete curing including construction of cable ducts of required size for safe laying of electrical cables inside the pump room wherever required. job includes providing and fabrication of ms duct cover of appropriate size as per duct size for the safety of cables including construction of entrance concrete ramp at the entry of the pump room for safe handling of the electro mechanical equipments. shifting of all the dismantled electrical equipments inside the pump room and then installation of the same at appropriate place by connecting all electrical cables including providing and fitting of new aluminum /copper cables if required as per site . job also includes repairs to 300 mm dia rising main by way of plugging the leakages by welding as per site requirement to make it leak proof and then painting of exposed portion of 300mm dia 534 metre ms rising main after cutting of all the bushes around the laid rising main from pumping station upto the delivery tank, removing of all the dirt/dust and foreign deposits on the rising main with the help of sand/emery paper, applying one coat of red oxide primer and then two coats of black enamel paint on the exposed portion of rising main after proper testing of joints on rising main and delivery lines including proper painting of shutter, door, windows of the pump room including all suction and delivery pipelines and duct covers. complete job include cost of material, skilled/semiskilled labour charges, loading/unloading and head load charges, hire charges of shuttering, welding equipments and other tools and tackles required for the job, inclusive of all taxes as applicable. complete job.

repair to 400mm dia ms rising main 375 meter approximately laid at lis kherlaid at multiple spots along the alignment by way of cutting of rusted nuts and bolts, excavation of soil around the leakage points so as to easily access and plug the leakage. chipping and cleaning of the rusted/damaged portion of rising main by suitable tools, then welding the joints by arc welding in two layers. properly and removing the flux in each successive layer to avoid any welding defect and then reinforcing the joints by covering the joint with ms strips across the joints if required including providing and welding of suitable ms pipe pieces with superior quality welding electrodes wherever required at the damaged spots across the entire length of the rising main. after completion of the welding process cooling the pipe to atmospheric temperature and then testing the pipe on full load condition for any leakages. refilling, leveling and finishing the excavated soil. repair to 01 no 400mm dia main reflux valve installed on 400mm dia rising main of lis kherlaid by way of unfastening of rusted/damaged studs/nuts and bolts, opening of bonnet cover, extraction of damaged disc assembly. then checking for any cracks, removing of foreign material deposited inside the body. providing , fabrication and fitting of complete disc assembly and then re-fitting of the bonnet cover by p/f of new rubber joint, studs, nuts and bolts as per site requirement. repairs to 02 no gates installed at sump tank of lis kherlaid by way of dismantling of damaged winch machines, extraction of gates outside the frame using manual labour and tools & tackles. shifting of the winch machines and stem rods to the workshop for its repairs. repairs to the winch machines by way of providing and fitting of new gears, worms and bushes, bearings as per sample. straightening of stem rods in bench press and then shifting back to site. providing/welding of new skin plate as per requirement in place of damaged skin plate. reinstallation of gates at site and then greasing & oiling using standard quality grease after removing the old grease and washing / cleaning with cleaner or any other solvent to make it dirt free. cleaning the guide channels with cleaner to make it dirt free and then greasing it and testing the gates for smooth movement the job includes complete removal of old paint by sand/emery paper and complete painting of the gates and winch machines including painting of suction and delivery pipe lines of 02 nos pumping units installed at lis kherlaid, with two coats of enamel paint. job also includes painting of exposed portion 400mm dia 375 meter long (approximately) in length rising main by way of cutting of all the bushes around the laid rising main from pumping station upto the delivery tank, removing of all the dirt/dust and foreign deposits on the rising main with the help of sand/emery paper, providing and applying one coat of red oxide primer and then two coats of black enamel paint on the exposed portion of rising main after proper testing of joints on rising main. providing, laying, fitting, of aluminium cable 150 mm square single core 70 meters in length approximately from panel to starter and starter to motor along with thimbles, insulation with proper thimbling. complete job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled manual labour, carriage/transportation charges, hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job, welding/gas cutting charges, including testing at site on full load inclusive of all taxes. complete job.
