carrying out maintenance works of fire and safety equipment at iocl wrpl, vadinar pump station for a period of 19 (nineteen) months. the tentative amount of amc for nineteen months is mentioned here. the same may vary depending upon actual site condition. the work shall be executed as per tender conditions, schedule of rates as mentioned in tender under schedule of rates (part-ii) and as per the instructions of engineer-incharge. having examined the tender documents consisting of notice inviting tender,special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and material/ jobs specifications regarding various jobs, drawings, time schedule, schedule of rates etc. of the said tender document and having thoroughly studied the requirement of indian oil corporation limited relative to the work tendered for and having conducted a thorough study of job site(s) involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions, labour, power, water etc. including office accommodation, transport & all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the terms and conditions and within time mentioned in the tender document, contractor shall quote the rates.
