construction of griha v.2019 4 star rated atc tower cum technical block on engineering procurement construction (epc) i.e. design-built and handover basis which includes construction of air conditioned through vrf/vrv system including bms, and split type ac units multi storey rcc/ steel composite structures, construction of ancillary buildings, internal and external services (civil, electro-mechanical, electronics & it), extension of power supply (essential & non-essential) from existing power house to atc cum technical block , 01 no. dg set as independent source of standby essential power supply for atc cum technical block, elevators, firefighting, fire detection, epabx, cctv , acess control system, interior furnishing and finishing, roads & paths, car parking & 2-wheeler parking, external development , street-lighting including facade lighting, solar pv power plant, communication services, security infrastructure, water supply & drainage system, security boundary wall, art work, rain water harvesting, connection to stp , landscaping & horticulture works and amenities including all other works as per scope of work, complete in all respect on the basis of concept drawings and as per tender specifications available in tender document.
the work also includes obtaining mandatory approvals from local bodies/ authorities required for commencing the work, execution of required contingent works for operationalization of atc tower cum technical block, obtaining post construction mandatory approvals from regulatory authorities and handing over the assets after making them operational in all aspects.
