ctr(p) 0.80 kms from dn km.14.700 to 15.500 and trr(p) 1.00 km from dn km 24.000to 25.000 on delhi-bhatinda section under sr. den/iv.bidding type normal tender .-item rate for opening out, removing and deep screening of stone ballast /muck up to cess level by using 20 mm. square mesh sieve and their after lifting and providing 350 mm clean ballast cushion below st/cst-9/prc sleepers and leading/ disposing off the released muck at nominated places with average lead of 100m along with, aligning, boxing, grading, leveling of track to approved transverse and longitudinal profile including one round of kutcha packing and all temporary arrangement required for the work as per irpwm (corrected up to date),ce circular and special condition. rate will be complete for all labour, tools, plants etc. item rate for first through packing. item rate for second through packing including picking of slacks for six days to make the track fit for 50 kmph speed including boxing etc. item rate for third through packing including picking of slacks to make the track fit for 75 kmph speed including boxing etc (if required). item rate for leading and spreading prc sleepers along the track on either side with lead upto 100 mtr. . so nothing extra will be paid to the contractor except the accepted rate dismantling existing prc sleepers and inserting and linking new psc -6 sleepers @ 1660nos./km.with initial packing to make the track fit for 20kmph speed this item includes leading of new fitting and fastening (erc, rubber pad and matal liner)fro sse/p.ways store to site of workand released fitting from site to sse/p.way. store. contractor have to do 100 painting and greasing of erc and liner before fixing. pairing of 20 rail panels by bringing them in up right positions on leveled ballast shoulders along site of running track closing the gap in between panels by pulling the panels if gap is up to 13 mtrs or by putting closure rail and fish plating the rail and panels including inserting the glued joints and sejs at proper location as per instruction of site incharge to form the continuous panels. complete item rate for dismantling existing single rail/welded panels of any length by removing fittings and fastenings from track including sej, glued joint from running track including level crossings and bridges etc.undere traffic block and putting then on cess and then laying single rail/welded panels 60/52kg rail section in track in the same traffic block incuding providing sejs and glued joints, fishplating and tightening with fittings and fastenings to the sleepers with proper aligning , gauging, replacement of wornout erc, gfn liners and gr pads, if required. cutting of 52/60 kg 90 uts rails by hacksaw (manually/ mechanically). the cut shall be made perfectly square to entire satisfaction of site incharge including all labour, tools plants and handling of rails etc, so nothing extra will be paid to the contractor except the accepted rate item rate for cutting of 90r/52kg/60kg released rails by gas cut on cess to size of 12m/ 13m rails or as directed by engineer-in-charge. the cut shall be perfectly square to the entire satisfaction of the site in-charge with all labour, tandp, handling and re-handling of rails, taxes etc. so nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor except the accepted rates, whatsoever the case may be. item rate for drilling 28 mm to 32 mm dia holes in the web of 60 kg 90uts rails including chamfering , handling etc as directed by the site engineer with contractors labour, tandp etc. no payment will be paid without chamfering hole. so nothing extra shall be paid except the axccepted rates whatsover the case may be item rate for drilling 18 mm to 20 mm dia holes in the web of 60 kg 90uts rails including chamfering , handling etc. the rate include opening the bonds from old rails and refixing in new rails as directed by the site engineer with contractors labour, tandp etc. no payment will be paid without chamfering hole. so nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rates whatsover the case may be r. for complete rate for boxing ballast and ballast profiling after completion of rr/deep screening work or any location and unloading of ballast by dtm as directed by site engineer as per standard ballast complete irpwm under the direction of site engineer incharge. including keeping rails foot and and sleepers top free from ballast spacing and squaring of sleepers gauging cleaning of muck proper fixing of fastening. complete item rate for painting of rails with anti corrosive bituminous paint two coats of thickness 100 micron each per is-9862-1981 after cleaning and rubbing of rails with wire brush as per instructions given in ces circular no.258 (p.way) with contractors own tandp labour and material etc. rate shall be complete so nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rate whatsoever the case may be complete item rate for leading of new/sh 60kg/52 kg uts rails from stacking point to site of work and released rails from site to stacking point or nearest station diplorry/rail dolly with out traffic block under proper protection including crossing of track, bridge,l-xing, turnouts etc. with aveg. lead of 2.0km. diplorry/rail dolly will be supplied by the railway free of cost.so nothing extra will be paid to the contractor except the accepted rate. unloading of stone ballast from railway dmt including releasing of bobs along the track. the quanity of ballast be unloaded / will be ccontrolled so as to spread the ballast evenly along the track as per direction of site incharge. no jamming during unloading is permitted. unloading of 20/10 rail or in other length, 52/60kg rail panels from dmt at site or in yard and keeping then at safe distance from running track during the traffic block period. during traffic block the contractor will provide gas cutter alongwith skilled artisans to meet any emergency which may require cutting of rail panels etc. c.i rate for leading released prc/steel sleepers with fittings by manual/ rail dolly/ etc. upto nearest stacking point/se/pways store with lead up to 20 kms. rail dolly / dipllory required will be supplied by the railway . this includes lead, lift crossing of track etc. as a complete job. c.i rate for destressing of lwr/cwr with fittings renewals as required at appropriate temerature as per direction site engineer at site including all labour eqqquipment such as roller, tensor, thermo-meter etc. as a complete job including squaring, respacing of sleepers which may get disturbed during destressing. rate includes leading fittings from pwi store to site and released fittings from site pwi store. so nothing extra shall be paid except the axccepted rates whatsover the case may be c.i. rate for inserting sej including removing of existing sleepers and fixing prc sleepers with fittings and fixing angles iron after providing the gap including packing etc. cir for inserting of glued joints with 60/52kg rails in situ leveled shoulder in 20 rails panels/lwr track including adjusting the gap and 1mtr long fish plates, cutting of rails, drilling holes in rails, alligning, leveling and tightening nuts and bolts with contractors own labour, tandp,etc. dully tested and make it fit for track circulating. cutting of rails and drilling of holes in rails will be paid separately under item no 2 and 3 below. work will be completed to the fully satisfaction of site incharge. all p-way material will supplied at se/p.ways store and leading the same will have to done by the contractor at his own cost to the site of work so nothing extra will be paid on this account and except the accepted rates. item rate for dismantling existing check rail by removing fittings and fastenings and putting them on cess and laying linking and fixing check rails and braket with prc sleepers with all fitting and fastening as per instruction of site engineer incharge. so nothing extra shall be paid except the axccepted rates whatsover the case may be item rate for leading of misc. railway materials such as rails of all sectionsand all lengths, psc sleepers all type, points and crossings and fittings or similar material/articles, from various places, using mechanical devices such as road cranes, chain pulleys, winches of hoist etc. and other necessary operations, taking all safety measures incl. all lead, lift ascent, descent nallah or any other obstructions, what so ever including all octroi, sale tax, or any other charges levied by central/state govt. and incl. stacking of material as per direction of engineer -in-charge and as per tender conditions as a complete job . (a) lead from starting point and upto 50 km or part there of ( average lead 35 km) b) addl.lead above 50 km and upto 200 km for every km or part there of ( average lead 125 km) c) addl.lead above 200 km and upto 500 km for every km or part there of ( average lead 350 km) deduction for above item if loading of material done by any other agency. supplying and applying soft grease confirming to is-408 1981, 0 grade grafite grease on leg of pandrol clip and inner surface of mci insert the pandrol and insert should be cleaned by kerosene oil properly before applying grease complete complete item rate for removal of jammed erc by heating with gas/ hydraulic erc extractor and supplying and applying grease graphite confirming to is-489/1981 o grade on leg of pandrol clip and inner surface of mci insert. the pandrol clips and insert shall be cleaned by kerosene oil and wire brush properly before applying grease. the out line of inner liner shall be sealed with grease graphite to prevent ingress of moisture, including fixing of missing liners and rubber pads with contractors tools, plants etc. in case the old erc gets broken during extraction it shall be replaced with greased new erc for which nothing extra will be paid. relaeased and broken erc shall be deposited in pway store. the work is to be carried out under traffic with proper protection of track, and any damage shall be recovered from the contracor at prevelent market rates and charges. the rate is for complete item so nothing extra shall be paid to affect this item whtsoever the case may be. item rate for removal of muck/malba and garbage which includes waste material, animal carcass, cow dung, leaves building debris muck, malba and rotten fruits and sweepings etc. the item includes the cutting of cess from between the tracks and on surrounding mid way land including level of ground as desired by site engineer, this includes cutting of bushes and vegetations also without any extra payment. what so ever the case may be. contractor shall remove all the above materials out of rly boundary in manner not violating any rules, regulations of state/central govt and its authorized bodies. wherever the bulk of items specified above, taken together can be measured by taking direct cross section. the payment will be made by taking initial and final levels of cross section. however no deduction for the voids will be made on it , where it is not possible to take the cross section levels the contractor shall make stacks at convenient places for measurement for which no extra payment shall be paid.the rates include employment of requiste labour, leading collection and picking up making stacks where ever required and disposal in above mentioned manners. the removal of muck malba includes crossing of railway track, etc. without endangering satey of train working as a complete job as per nr standard specification. supplying of portable dc welding generator set 250 amp, with 45kva single phase and 60 kva 3 phase ac power as per rdso specification no. tm/sm/20 dated 19.11.1992. rate shall be complete so nothing extra shall be paid except the accepted rate whatsoever the case may be item rate for supply of rail disc for rail cutting size 16x4mmx1 rpm-4800 speed 10/m/s make grand well norton ltd. or equivelant make. this is a complete item rate, so nothing extra will be paid to whatsoever the case may be. leading of prc(ss/new) sleeper by truck (a) from starting point to 1 km. leading of prc(ss/new) sleeper by truck (b) addl.lead to item (a) over 1 km and up to 20 km (average lead 19) etc. leading of prc(ss/new) sleeper by truck (c ) addl. lead to above item over 20 km and upto any lead.(average lead 50 lead.) etc. loading of prc sleepers and other heavy p.way materials in truck by using crane of sufficient capacity etc... unloding of prc sleepers and other heavy p.way materials from truck by using crane of sufficent capacity etc...
