supply of 1 architecture drawingssupply of the following as per description for the project provn of provn of otm accn for med regt(ph-i) at penangla for the following buildings :- (a) mess (club) for jcos (for21-40 )(359.96 sqm),single living accn for 08 jcos(346.20 sqm) and scooter shed for 08 jcos(stilt floor-49.20sqm.(g+2) plinth area = (359.96+346.20+49.2)=755.36sqm (b) sm barrack 09 havs and 56 ors(g+3) plinth area = 1381.81sqm (c) office and administrative accn and parking spece for adm block(g+3) plinth area = (667.43+1006.84+419.28)= 2093.55 sqm(d)guard house and ancillaries (s/s) plinth area = 221.30sqm (e)armouries ans saa store (s/s) plinth area = (255.27+43.20)= 298.47 sqm total plinth area=(a+b+c+d+e) = 4750.49 sqm (a) consul for prep and submission of self-sufficient detailed arch drawings in auto cad for the above mentioned build as per sound arch practices/nbc norms and as per approved line plans / approved bps / as per zonal spec and std/td drgs and as directed by dir (arch) of ce siliguri zone, shall be of(i) rcc frame structure(ii) roof shall be of rcc(iii) wall thick brick as per bp(iv) plinth ht as per bp(v) flooring as per bp.(vi) rcc shelves and other built in items as per bp(vii) schedule of finishes as per bp (b) supply of the following - (i) one set of drg prints in original tracing hard copy on gateway brand tracing paper (90/100gsm)(ii) a soft copy of auto cad drawings (.dwg format).(c) free of cost clarification, if any, during tender presentation till the acceptance of tender. 2 structural design and drawing structural design and drawing of buildings based on approved architectural drawings(i) single living accn for havs and ors (g+3) (ph-i)(d)hq bty (09 havand 60 ors) pa= 1381.81 sqm(ii) mess (club) for (21 to 40 ) jcos and single jcos accn (8 nos jcos) with 08 nos scooter parking (g+2) pa=755.36 sqm(iii) office and admin accn with car/scooter /cycle parking +2 garages (g+3) pa= 2093.55 sqm(iv) guard house pa= 221.30 sqm(v) armories and saa store pa=298.47 sqm(vi) structural design and drawing of retaining structure for safeguarding each of the bldg shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. the consultant shall get preliminary layout of each building and associated retaining structure based on sub-surface investigation report approved from deptt. before proceeding for structural design.total plinth area = 4750.49 sqm 3 soil invesitgation preparation of level sheet / contour map of each of the building side upto approach road and fixing of mgl (modified ground level) for fixing of ffl of building and deptth of foundation. 4 soil invesitgation1 mobilization of necessary eqpt and man power to the project site and dismantling of the same of completion of fd work from the site. 5 soil invesitgation2 provision of four bore holes of 150mm dia each in any type of soil upto max 10 mtr or upto refusal (n=100) whichever meet first conducting standard penetration test as per is 2131-1981( reaffirmed-2016) . test shall be made at not more than 1.5 mtr interval or on change of strata whichever is less. 6 soil invesitgation3 conducting following lab test on bore collected soil sample.(i) direct/ triaxial shear test.(ii) grain distribution curves and pattern in bore holes.(iii) type of soil, c-value.(iv) bulk density.(v) natural moisture content.(vi) dry density.(vii) water table.(viii) specific gravity.(ix) atterberg limit.(x) hydrometer analysis.(xi) liquid and plastic limit.(xii) swelling index. 7 soil invesitgation4 completion of laboratory test, collection of data, calculation of gross and net safe bearing capacity and preparation of report, final copy printing and submission of report in quintuplet duly vetted by any iit/nit/govt engg college recommending following data: (a) minimum depth of foundation and type of foundation at different depth as per relevant is code.(b) gross and net safe bearing capacity for: (i) all the bore holes. (ii) shallow footing (isolated or strip or raft) minimum at two depth viz. 1.5m, 2.0m, below ngl with recommended size. (c) recommendetion for raft or pile foundation for depth of foundation more than 2.0 mtr below ngl; including size, gross and net safe bearing capacity for raft foundation, design parameters for pile foundation and cost analysis between raft and pile foundation shall be given.(d) photographic record of geo-exploration as well as testing shall also part of the report.(e) recommendation as regards possibility of liquidification of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated loose/uncompacted sandy soil.(f) swelling index and swelling pressure in respect of black cotton soil and its depth/layer.
