carry out the mechanical works at patalganga site. -laying of above ground pipeline : laying of a/g pipeline- xs, astm a 106 grade b (seamless), installation of above ground carbon steel pipe, above ground product piping, piping works fabrication, erection, installation and testing of piping, receiving and taking over of all hpcl supplied material from hpcl designated place(s) of issue, transportation including loading, unloading, handling from hpcl designated place(s) of issue to contractor own stock yard(s)/work site(s)/work shop(s) including arranging all necessary storage area(s) there of, as required, supply of all materials (except those specified subsequently in sor), equipment, machineries, manpower, consumables as defined in contractor scope of supply and their transportation to the work site(s), performing all above ground piping fabrication works including laying, cutting, edge preparation (inclusive of grinding the edges of pipe, fitting etc. to match with the matching edges of uneven/ different thickness wherever required),fit up, preparation of miter bend, pre-heating of pipes wherever required, welding, threading etc; erection of pipes of all types and thickness at all heights over sleeper, overhead on racks, bridges/ building structures and at all elevations; hook-up with equipment nozzles etc, erection, welding of fittings of all sizes i.e. elbow, reducers, tees o let, blind flanges, spectacle blinds, taping for sample connection, vent and drain required for process and hydro testing purposes etc. carrying out 20 percentage non-destructive testing of each size such as radiography by gamma ray, 100 percentage liquid penetration as directed; hook-up with existing piping/pipeline installed as per drawings wherever required; cleaning and flushing by water/ compressed air, carrying out hydrostatic test at 30 kg/cm2 (g) (minimum 1.5 times the design pressure) ,pneumatic test, valve functional test and any other type of testing as specified, depressurizing, dewatering, drying by compressed air if applicable; cutting/ re-beveling (as required), pre-commissioning and providing commissioning assistance during commissioning for process piping and commissioning of non-process piping if applicable; clean-up and restoration of site, preparation of as built drawings, document and project record; transportation of surplus free issue materials to owner designated place(s);
