supply of 1 pre-fabricated walls and celling panel pre fabricated modular construction shall be designed and constructed for exact size ,the pre-fabricated operating room with be free standing structure from composite free standing insulted steel wall panels the wall will be constructed using 1.0 mm ss 304 sheet panel in the front panels and 0.8 mm n ss-304 at the back pannel.the core between two panels will consist of rigid polyurethane foam which has been injected under high pressure with a minimum density of 40 k/ma the individual wall panel shall use the tongue and groove technology for joining two panels, no welding will be allowed the gaps between panels be suitably nied with metal filter/epoxy and sanded flush sqmtrs 133 the external walls of the room shall be constructed with solid bricks and mortar by the haspital as part of its scope of work. the inner surface walls shall be fixed to the brick wall with essential supports there natal be minimum possible cavity/gap in between the masonry and steel walls the total disance between inside and outside surface of or shall be vanable to suit architectss layout, out shall be suticient for lush mounting of the equipments the cavity between inner and outer wallls shell be left with minimum obstructions for passible addition of equipment and a later date and to enable services, pipes, conduits etc, to be run within the cavity all wall mounted equipment shall be flush mounted and sealed into theatre the wal panel design and construction shall allow tor installation and support of all equipment and provision ot openings required for the installations without altecting ngidity and strength access baxes shall be fitted to the rear of all the wall mounted equipments to enable maintenance to be carred out from outside the operating iuul all the sharp edges and corners shall be smooothened to avoid tactrial contamination.
