(i) technical support for preparation and guidance for pay bill for gazetted, non-gazetted, new pension employees in public financial management system (pfms) module. (ii) helping in creation of new employees profile like personal details, posting details, pay details, pf/gpfnps details, fafr cgegis/cghs/category details, id/contact details, bank details, quarter (govt. accommodation) location allotment and rent details, loan/advance already taken by employee-disbursement and recovery schedule for principal and interest details in pfms module, updating and opening of new pran details of new employees. (iii) technical support for checking of any officer/staff basic pay changes due to pay fixation of new post like promotion, macp promotion, etc. (iv) creation of bill by staff of budget section and not showing in pfms module-taking necessary steps to solve the problems with contacting pfms technical team members and resolved the issues. (v) technical support for solving pay fixation of any employees/officers c rection in pfms module. (vi) preparation of gpf bills in pfms module (vii) technical support for posting of budgets in house building advance, computer advance etc. (viii) technical support for preparation of dearness allowance, leave encashment bills, supplementary bills of any employee for entering into govt. service and ending of govt. service like deputation, technical resignation, non-productivity linked bonus. (ix) technical support for promotion arrear bill. (x) technical support for objection if any, pao removal and submission of bills (xi) generation of salary bills in eis module of pfms (xii) generation of other bills (like tuition fees, bonus, honorarium, leave encashment etc.) in eis module of pfms (xiii) generation of gpf bills in eis module of pfms (xiv) generation of supplementary bills in eis module of pfms (xv) generation of da arrear bills in eis module of pfms (xvi) any other work/rectifications/assistance in relation to pfms.
