supply of oracle advance customer services (acs) support for 10 man days in favor of satsang project in cris. the acs of 10 man days will be started within 3 weeks from the date of issue of purchase order and will be valid for one year from the date of start of acs man days. the proof of start of acs mandays needs to be submitted by the oem. the duration of one man-day is 8 hrs during working hrs.
