supply, testing and commissioning of control & relay panel for 25kv tss including numericaltype protection relays for traction transformer as per rdso specification no. ti/spc/psi/proct/6071 (february2015) with a and c slip no. 1 (oct 2016) or latest, suitable for one transformer installation initially (with provisionfor installation of another transformer at a later date) including all the relays etc. for first transformer but excludingprotective and auxiliary relays along with hv lv cb protection relays for second transformer as per para 1.6 ofspecification. materials are to be procured from rdso approved vendor only.
