design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of frp induced draft counter flow cti approved cooling tower of minimum 1200 trcapacity including all civil foundation suitalble to withstand the weight of cooling tower (allcivil foundationworkisincontractorscope). minimum 1200 tr cooling tower must be segregated in 4 cell combinationinlinewiththerequirementandcanworkinanycombination. capacity of each cell should be not less than 300 tr; frp casing and frp basin with makeup including float valve, pvc fills, distribution system with pp nozzles, axial flow direct/belt drive fan with pvc blades & ms hdg hub driven by ip55 tefc 720 rpm vertical flange mount ie3 motor, vfd campatible motor suitable for 41510 v, 50 hz, 3 phase supply; power / control wiring, earthing, drain, make up, quick fill connection and vibration isolation etc and cti approved cooling tower. the cooling tower shall be suitable for working capacity of the chiller. 4 cell cooling tower required along with individual sumps and 4 nos. fans with individual motors. design should be for pune condition. unloading, lifting, shifting,carriage to site and any other acitvity in contractor scope. tower must be in four cells and with individual frp basin. pune dbt : 40 degree c/ wbt 26.1 degree c. out/in from ct 29.8/35 degree c. agency shall obtain approval of gad drwaings from eic before execution.
