sikka superb spaze is planning to construct the sikka hotel at iie, sahastradhara road (it park), dist. dehradun, uttarakhand. contractor is yet to be appointed. the project is waiting for environmental clearance. work on the project is expected to commence in october 2017. according to moef sources, total plot area is 8,094 sq. mtrs and built-up area is 280,06.62 sq. mtrs. the estimated cost of the project is rs. 816.30 million. the project development involves development of hotel building (2b+lg+ug+5) involving development of assembly areas, retail, office/meeting space, food & beverage areas, guest rooms and service apartment. eqms india is the environmental consultant. sewage will be treated through sewage treatment plant of capacity 230 kld. stp will be provided with mbbr technology.
