national highways & infrastructure development corporation is planning construction of the manu-simlung section in tripura. the length is 86 kms. the total project cost (including la) is rs. 10,660 million. the project will be funded by jica (japan international cooperation agency). alignment was finalized on 4th may, 2016. draft feasibility report was submitted on 3rd october, 2016.
