national highways & infrastructure development corporation is implementing 2-laning from changlang/ tirap district boundary to changlang in arunachal pradesh. the project will entail 2-laning from km 40 to km 58 of changlang/ tirap district boundary to changlang of nh-52b. the road length is 18.27 kms. t. k. engineering consortium is the contractor and msv international inc is the authority engineer. the total project cost is rs. 1,727.4 million. work is in progress. physical progress is 61.84 & financial progress is 51.06 .
